The East Providence Housing Authority is governed by a seven member board of Commissioners.  Five members are appointed by the Mayor for a 5 year term, on an alternating basis.  Two resident commissioners are appointed for a 3 year term.

Meetings are held once a month on Tuesday at 1:30 pm and are posted on the Secretary of State website. No meetings are scheduled for the months of July and August.
